Your information
Privacy policy
How we handle information when you visit this website or make an initial enquiry.
Who is responsible
glōh is operated by Prana Health Ltd, company number 07778228, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 46 Theobalds Road, London WC1X 8NW.
For a privacy question or request, email info@pranahealth.co.uk, write to glōh at that address, or call 020 7242 6665 and ask reception to pass your request to the person responsible for glōh privacy enquiries.
Visiting this website
This website provides information about the clinic and an enquiry form, together with email and telephone contact details. It does not offer online payment or a marketing sign-up.
Our hosting and security providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include an IP address, browser information, the page requested and the time of the request. We use this information for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable website, resolving faults and preventing misuse.
We do not currently use advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Our cookie policy explains the website’s use of browser storage and external links.
Initial enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your first and last name, email address and mobile number. You may also choose a treatment of interest, a preferred contact method or time, and leave a short message. We record your confirmation that you are 18 or over and the consent given with your enquiry.
We use your consent to handle the enquiry you send through the form and to contact you about it. Your optional treatment choice or message may reveal health information; we ask for your explicit consent to use that information for the same purpose. You can leave these optional fields blank. A detailed medical history is not needed here.
Form enquiries are sent to info@pranahealth.co.uk for glōh to respond. London Natural Health Centre reception handles glōh telephone enquiries. For enquiries made by email or phone, we use the contact and appointment details you provide to respond; where you ask us to arrange an appointment, this is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. General questions are handled for our legitimate interest in responding to people interested in the clinic.
Health information needed to assess treatment suitability is discussed privately with the practitioner. Information about the handling of clinical records is provided as part of that process. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who may receive information
Enquiries are available to the people handling glōh enquiries, reception and the relevant practitioner where needed to deal with your request. Our website and form services are supplied by Webstudio and its infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare. They process website information and form submissions to deliver the site and send enquiries to our email address. Email service providers also process messages to deliver and store our correspondence.
We may also need to disclose information where required by law, to deal with a complaint or to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell enquiry information.
Our website providers operate internationally, so technical information and form submissions may be processed outside the UK. You can contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your information.
How long information is kept
Initial enquiry information is kept for the period needed to answer your request and complete any relevant follow-up. Where a complaint, legal obligation or dispute requires a longer period, we retain the information needed for that purpose.
Technical records are retained according to their operational and security purpose and the hosting provider’s applicable retention settings. Treatment records are separate from website information and are subject to the practitioner’s clinical record arrangements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, have it deleted, restrict its use, object to its use or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@pranahealth.co.uk or calling 020 7242 6665. This does not affect earlier lawful use. Tell us which enquiry or use of your information you want to stop.
You can raise a concern with us using the contact details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Its website explains how to make a data protection complaint.
