Availability, suitability and the details of a proposed treatment are confirmed during the consultation and booking process.

Consultations and treatment

An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment or an agreement to have treatment. The practitioner, the treatment provider, the proposed treatment and its price are identified before a booking is confirmed.

We discuss the potential benefits, risks, alternatives and aftercare before you decide whether to proceed. Relevant medical history, medicines and previous treatments are considered with the practitioner.

glōh appointments are for adults aged 18 and over. A practitioner may recommend delaying treatment or may decide that it is not appropriate.

Prices, deposits and cancellation

Current prices are available from reception. We confirm the total cost and any applicable deposit, cancellation or rescheduling terms before you commit to an appointment.

There are no online payments on this website. An enquiry does not authorise a charge. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Photography

Any proposed photography is discussed with you. Permission to use an identifiable photograph for publicity is separate from consent to treatment, and treatment does not depend on agreeing to publicity.
